The hotel had a good spa and pool area to relax in. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice that they had a special Christmas dinner with a traditional Italian menu. The location was great, just a short walk to the bus stop, easy to get to the nearby supermarket when needed.
The room was very small with no fridge, and the heating didn't work well. The shower would go from boiling hot one minute to freezing cold the next, and it was hard to adjust.

We enjoyed the quiet room with a comfortable bed, desk, and a clean bathroom that was tidied up every day. We loved the pool on the rooftop where we could sunbathe or relax on the comfortable deck-chairs. This hotel is close to a bus stop, a supermarket, and a kiosk where we could buy bus tickets. The staff was friendly and helpful, explaining to us how to get transportation around the island and even showing us the way down a small alleyway to see the natural caves or muds.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning service and lovely private verandas. The delicious breakfast includes fresh croissants and a variety of tasty options. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The pool on the roof and indoor spa provide a relaxing experience.
The hotel staff's lack of English language proficiency might make communication difficult if you don't speak Italian.

During our Easter stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the fact that it was close to a bus stop, which made getting around very convenient and affordable. The breakfast was quite good, with nice options like croissants and fresh fruit. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
There were a few things we didn't like about this hotel. the WiFi was quite weak and unreliable, which made staying connected a challenge.
